Mr. Pehlke stated he has access but not 200 feet of frontage. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski announced that the City can require property to be brought up to <br />standards for land splits, but not for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer argued how the Commission could recommend the conditional use permit if <br />the property is substandard. He added that he sees a planning deficiency and an opportunity to <br />address it. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to add Condition//5 to <br />read "The vehicle shall not be parked on the property with effluent in it". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, LaDue and <br />Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Case /12: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to have Exterior Storage as a <br /> Principal Use of Rural Industrial Property; Case of Roger Munter, <br /> Elite Concrete <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik informed the Commission that the Ramsey City Code states that <br />exterior storage as a principal use of property is permitted with a conditional use permit. She <br />explained that Mr. Roger Munter of Elite Concrete has applied for a conditional use pernfit to utilize <br />Lot 1, Block 1, HY-10 Ramsey Addition for exterior storage purposes.
