PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission held a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 1991 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER: <br /> <br />Chairman Gerald Zimmerman <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen (arrived at 7:56 p.m.) <br /> <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> <br />Chah'man Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order <br />at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve the agenda <br />with the following addition: <br /> <br />Case #8: Report from Commissioner Deemer on the meeting of the <br /> Mississippi River Bridge Committee <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Voting No: None. Absent: <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue and Thorud. <br />Commissioners Bawden, Hendriksen and Terry. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman adjourned the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 7:34 p.m. <br />in order to conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1 ) Request for preliminary plat approval of Faye Addition; Case of Faye Addition <br /> <br />2) Request to amend the Business and Residential zoning boundaries in the proposed plat of <br /> Faye Addition; Case of Faye Construction <br /> <br />3) Request for a conditional use permit to maintain more than one principal building on a lot of <br /> record; Case of Grace Community Bible Church. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/March 5, 1991 <br /> Page 2 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
