Absent: Commissioners Terry and Thorud. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />The following City Council minutes were noted: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br /> <br />City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated February 27, 1991;. <br />City Council regular meeting minutes dated March 13, 1991;. <br />City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated March 26, 1991;. <br />City Council regular meeting minutes dated April 9, 1991 ;. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer commented that the street light installed on County Road #5 is not of the <br />style that was specified by the City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated he would review the policy. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that in the discussion regarding the McKinley Street extension, it <br />seems as though the City of Anoka doesn't want to connect with the City of Ramsey. He stated <br />that the Economic Development Commission brought a proposal to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission from the City of Anoka to modify Ramsey's adjacent industrial area to keep it <br />"matched" with the City of Anoka. He felt if the City of Ramsey was willing to do that, the City of <br />Anoka should be willing to plan the extension of McKinley Street N.W. into Ramsey. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski stated that Mr. Kirshner of Anoka indicated his willingness to meet with the <br />Commissions of the two cities. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/May 7, 1991 <br /> Page 3 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
