Commissioner Hendriksen stated he had spent a lot of time at the Planning and Zoning meetings
because of the reconstruction of County Road #56. He was upset about that project and stated he
could relate to the resident's opinions tonight. However, he stated he very much resents the
implication that this Commission may be bowing to legal pressure. He stated he has no connection
with the building trade and no personal interest in this project.

Commissioner Bawden, 16640 Yttrium Street N.W., Ramsey - stated he has no connection with
the developers.

Chairman Zimmerman, 7550 - 163rd Lane N.W., Ramsey - stated he has no interest or connection
with the developers.

Commissioner Deemer, 145XX Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey stated he is a Construction
Manager and he has personal contact with the developers but no financial interest in the project.

Commissioner Terry, 7481 - 149th Avenue N.W., Ramsey - stated he got involved with the
Planning and Zoning Commission because of one project - the corn field across from his residence
was zoned heavy industrial.
