buildings and he felt he was "driven away" from his home. He stated he bought his property in <br />Ramsey because the church was there and he thought the use of the property would always be a <br />church. Mr. Abendroth was not in favor of granting pre-approval for expansion. He asked for <br />assurances as to what would be permitted uses of the property and asked that his lot be protected. <br />He expressed the fear that if the property is zoned for business a "Food and Fuel", or similar <br />business that generates a lot of traffic, would be moving in. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman replied that conditions are specified when a conditional use permit is granted <br />and those conditions have to be adhered to. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that if the Planning and Zoning Commission decides to <br />recommend approval for Northern Counties Secretarial Services to the City Council, there would <br />be terms which would set standards for use of the property so it will conform with the <br />neighborhood. The City can put safeguards against certain things taking place. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Bawden, <br />Hendriksen and Thomd. Voting No: None.
