Dan B lock, 8131 - 155th Lane N.W., Ramsey - stated that his house is adjacent to the west of the <br />lot in question. He stated he planted a lot of pine seedlings on the back border of his lot. He said <br />the excavator commented it's a shame he has to dig a swale from Hedgehog Street N.W. to the <br />border line of Mr. Pomraning's property. He stated that Mr. Sybrant had bulldozed a dirt berm on <br />the back of his property and there was six feet of water there last spring. He stated the water <br />backed up just about to his septic pipes. He stated that he spoke with Don Johnson, Engineering <br />Technician, who said the berm was to have a couple of islands and that the center should be open. <br />However, if that were done, Mr. Pomraning would get all the water. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission recessed at 8:43 p.m. <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Hendriksen called the meeting back to order at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated there currently are ten foot utility easements along the <br />perimeters of the lots. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
