PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, <br />December 3, 1991 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairman Gerald Zimmerman <br />Commissioner David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, LaDue, <br />Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 7:33 <br />p.m. in order to conduct the following public heatings: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Request to vacate drainage easement in North Forty 3rd Addition on PIN 20-32-25-12- <br />0004; Case of R.J.S.
