Calculations will need to be submitted showing the existing storm <br />sewers are adequate to handle the storm water discharged from the site. <br /> <br />Access: The two accesses onto Jaspar Street are currently in place, servicing the existing facility. It appears <br />that it will be necessary for semi trailer trucks utilizing the eastern-most dock will need to extend into the <br />traveled public right of way of southbound Jaspar Street in order to back into the dock. This situation <br />should be remedied since Jaspar Street will ultimately become a more traveled route once the connection is <br />constructed. Please provide ~hrther information regarding the use of these loading docks; <br /> <br />REU Number: The determination of the REU is dependent on the total lot area and total impervious <br />surface coverage.
