AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. ? <br /> <br /> TOWNSHIP OF RAMSEY <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF DOGS AND <br /> REGULATIN© THE KEEPING OF DOGS AND CATS, HEREBY AMENDED <br /> TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> DOG CONTROL <br /> <br /> The Town Board of the Township of Ramse¥, Minnesota, ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1 <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be known as the "Dog Ordinance." <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br /> As used in the ordinance unless the context otherwise indicates <br /> <br /> /~. "Dog" shall be intended to mean both male and female. <br /> <br /> B. "Owner" shall be intended to mean any person or persons, fi. tm <br />association or corporation owning, keeping or harboring a dog. <br /> <br /> G. "At Large" shall be intended to mean off the premises of the owner <br /> <br />and not under the custody and control of the owner or other person either by leash, <br />cord, chain or otherwise. <br /> <br /> D. "Release Permit" shall be intended to mean a temporary release for a <br />period o.[ not more than 72 hours with purchase fees to be applied to regular license <br />purchase, provided this is done within the 72 hours. A release permit may be <br />obtained at the Township's discretion upon payment of a fee in accordance to that <br />regular license requirement and payment of release fee ($5.00) and any maintenance <br />costs applied. <br /> <br /> <br />
