Commission and the Town Board before a kennel will be permitted within the <br /> township. The spectaluse permit application shall be administered in accordance <br /> with the Ramsey Township Zoning Plan and Building Code ordinance. <br /> Section 21 RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN DOGS <br /> <br /> a. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or harbor a dog which <br />habitually barks or cries between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. It <br />shall be unlawful for any dog owner to permit his dog to damage any lawn, garden <br />or other property. Any dog aforesaid in this section may be impounded as <br />provided in Section 8 or a complaint may be issued by anyone against the owner <br />of the dog for prosecution under this ordinance. <br /> <br /> b. Any person knowing of a human being bitten by a dog or cat shall <br />tmmedtat~ly notify the dog catcher or the police department or the township <br />secretary and said animal shall then be confined in the pound and kept under <br />observation for a period of fourteen (14) days before being released or disposed of. <br />Section 22 REPEALER <br /> <br /> Ordinance 1.1 passed August 21, 1967 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 23 PENALTY <br /> <br /> Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this ordinance <br />is ~uilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine <br />of not more than $300.00 or imprisonment in the city or county jail for not more <br />than 90 days or both. <br /> <br /> Each day such a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall <br />constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br />
