Section 1 6 <br /> <br /> All fees and charges under this ordinance shall be payable to the town <br />clerk, who shall pay over each month the total hereof to the Town Treasurer. <br />Sc;ction 17 <br /> <br /> The officer, appointed to enforce this ordinance, shall keep an accurate <br />account of all dogs or animals of a dog kind received at the pound, and of all <br />dogs or animals of a dog kind killed or released. <br />Section 1 8 <br /> <br /> No person shall in any manner molest, hinder or interfere with any person <br />authorized by the town board to capture dogs or animals of a dog kind and convey <br />the same to the dog pound while engaged in such occupation. <br />Section 1 9 <br /> <br /> Cats shall be included as controlled by this ordinance insofar as pickup, <br />impounding and boarding is concerned. The licensing of cats shall not be required, <br />nor proof of anti-rabies vaccine. All other provisions of this ordinance shall apply <br />to cats. <br /> <br />Section 20 KENNELS AND DOG HOSPITALS <br /> <br /> No person, firm or corporation shall maintain in this township a kennel or <br />hospitul where dogs are kept for sale, trained, boarded or treated on a fee basis <br />without securing a license therefor from the town clerk, provided, however, that <br />the owner of not more than two female dogs kept for breedin9 purposes will not be <br />said to operate a kennel.
