ORDINANCE NO, 40 <br />RAMSEY TOWNSHIP <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO RAMSEY TOWNSHIP PLATTING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8 PASSED ON APRIL 17th, 1972 <br /> <br />Section 9.09 paragraph 3, of the Ramsey Township Platting Ordinance No. 8 <br /> <br />passed on April 17th, 1972 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />e. Continued street maintenance minimum Township road construction <br />standards must be met for one year from the date of issuance of the <br />first building permit for property adjacent to the roadway. In order to <br />insure that the road is constructed in the proper manner the subdivider <br />shall post a surety bond or other satisfactory security in the amount <br />of $1,000.00 per one-half (1/2) mile of accepted roadway. If the <br />Township engineer determines, during or at the termination of this one <br />year period that the roadway has not been properly constructed, the <br />developer shall be notified to remedy the problem.
