Commissioner Johnson stated that makes sense and the Planning Commission's comments now <br />would be a consideration at final plat. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt seconded the motion, with the caveat that the City Council can remand this to <br />the Planning Commission for further work if they feel it is necessary. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Brauer, Reeves, <br />Shepherd, Van Scoy and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer asked that an item be added to the agenda for each meeting to provide an <br />update on the progress. <br /> <br />Case #10 Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />The Zoning Bulletin was noted. <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt indicated the next meeting is scheduled for August 7, 2003, and he will not be <br />able to attend. It is important to have a quorum, and asked if anyone else would be absent. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy stated he would not be able to attend either. <br /> <br />It was discussed if the meeting should be moved; however the determination was to leave it on <br />August 7, 2003. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Johnson, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Watson, Brauer, Johnson, <br />Reeves, Shepherd and Van Scoy. Voting No: None.
