Luke Croaeau, age 2 years, ryas txa irony struck and frilled by a car in the 147 Av cup» snd Junkite Street vicinity of Ramsey, era July 26, 2408, This project is being purposed to signify Luke's memory, while also serving; to cherish all of the young lives of Ramsey that are indispensable to the community in which they live, serve and are nurtured within. Historically, when families and residents of Ramsey have suffered the unfortunate loss of positive and impacting deeds or legacies have been established. For example, the ann Ramsey Kid's Safety Camp resulted and grew from the logs of a young boy who was struck am d as he rode his bile, as well as the plaque of homage housed in the entry of Ramsey Elementary School that is dedicated to die memory of Becky Weiss, who was also a young life lost prematurely and as a result of a tragic accident. These are just two instances of the ways in which the City of Ramsey has previously paid rightful respect to the young: lives lost; serving to remind the community and residents of Ramsey that every life, especially those of our young onus,, are valued and remembered. The individuals representing this proposed project are Ramsey Residents, Barbara and lea. Seibearlich, along with supporting representation from surrounding neighbors. The supporters will be provided at the time the official maintenance aeement is executed. Additionally, the aforementioned individuals have pledged their commitment to the on - going maintenance of the site, in the unforeseen event that all supporting residents of this site .would relocate from Ramsey, the .immediate family members of Luke Crotteau have pledged their continuous dedication to Dare of the site.
