They plan <br />on being in this location no more than 3 years and if they outgrow capacity before then, they <br />would pursue their own property. The striping requirement is not a problem and they understand <br />and will meet the building requirements regarding the bathrooms. <br />Consensus was the permit would expire in three years with the permit allowing for a six month <br />extension if building has begun on a new facility. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the parking requu inents ® e applicant meets those <br />requirements.
