Background <br />CONSIDER A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ANY DIRECTION GIVEN AT <br />THE WORK SESSION RELATED TO THE REMOVAL OF A COMMISSIONER <br />By: Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br />At its April 14, 2009 Work Session, the Ramsey City Council considered the removal of <br />Environmental Policy Board (EPB) Member Robert Sibilski for violations of the City Code. The <br />violations considered included violations of the Board and Commission attendance policy and <br />alleged violations of the Code of Conduct Mr. Sibilski was contacted by US Mail regarding this <br />discussion and was advised of the date and time of the meeting. <br />Based upon the information presented and the relevant sections of the City Code, the City <br />Council was asked to determine whether: <br />1. the attendance violations that occurred warrant removal from the EPB. <br />2. a violation of the Code of Conduct has occurred with regard to the letter to the editor and <br />what discipline is warranted, if any. <br />Based on the Work Session discussion, the City Council confirms one of the options listed <br />below: <br />1. Mr. Sibilski will be removed from his seat on the EPB, effective April 15, 2009 <br />2.
