-230— <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ANY DIRECTION GIVEN AT THE <br />WORK SESSION RELATED TO THE REMOVAL OF A COMMISSIONER <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has considered the attendance record of <br />Environmental Policy Board Member Robert Sibilski; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has considered a letter to the editor submitted by <br />Mr. Sibilski, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council was asked to determine whether Mr. Sibilski's attendance <br />record or the letter to the editor violated the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The City Council has determined that: <br />1. There was a violation of the City Code and Mr. Sibilski will be removed from his seat on <br />the EPB, effective April 15, 2009 <br />OR <br />2. There was no violation of the City Code and Mr. Sibilski will continue in his role as a <br />member of the EPB. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 14 day of April 2009. <br />
