Funding Source <br />If the proposed reorganization is approved, the City Engineer position would be funded <br />100% by the General Fund and the Assistant City Engineer position would be funded <br />85% by the General Fund and 15% by Enterprise Funds. <br />With City Council approval, the 2009 City Engineer's annual salary will be set at $84,157 <br />and the Assistant City Engineer's annual salary will be set at $$80,296. The net impact to <br />the City's 2009 budget is a decrease of $300. <br />Committee Action <br />Consider making a motion recommending that the Assistant City Engineer, Tim Himmer, <br />be promoted to City Engineer and reclassify the City Engineer, Steve Jankowski, to <br />Assistant City Engineer. <br />Reviewed By <br />City Administrator <br />PC: 4 -14 -09 <br />
