This appropriation is available until <br />12.13 December 31, 2014. <br />12.14 (b) $750,000 the first year is to develop a <br />l2.ls comprehensive statewide sustainable water <br />12.16 resources 25-year detailed framework. <br />12.17 Sec. 9. LEGISLATURE. $ 117,000 $ 99,000 <br />12.1s $117,000 the first year and $99,000 <br />12.19 -the second year are for the Legislative <br />12.2o Coordinating Commission to establish <br />12.21 and operate the new Office of Public <br />12.22 Accountability for Constitutionally <br />12.23 Dedicated Funding as required under <br />12.2a Minnesota Statutes, section 3.303, <br />12.2s subdivision 10, and for the legislative auditor <br />12.26 to conduct restoration audits under Minnesota <br />12.27 Statutes, section 3.971, subdivision 9. <br />12.2s Sec. 10. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 103F.515, subdivision 2, is amended to read: <br />12.29 Subd. 2. Eligible land.
