Local governments <br />s. ~ 3 must have adopted an ordinance for the <br />5.14 restricted use of undiluted coal tar sealants <br />5.ts in order to be eligible for a grant, unless a <br />s.i6 statewide restriction has been implemented. <br />5.17 A grant awarded under this paragraph must <br />s. i s not exceed $100,000. <br />s.i9 (i) $750,000 in fiscal year 2010 is for a <br />s.2o restoration project in the lower St. Louis <br />5.21 River and Duluth harbor. <br />5.22 Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section <br />s.23 16A.28, the appropriations encumbered on or <br />s.2a before June 30, 2011, as grants or contracts <br />s.2s in this subdivision are available until June <br />s.26 30, 2013. <br />s.2~ Sec. 5. DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL <br />s.2s RESOURCES. <br />s.29 ~ $1,050,000 the first year and $1,665,000 <br />5.3o the second year are for work assisting in <br />s.s1 water quality assessment, total maximum <br />s.32 daily load study and implementation, and <br />5.33 watershed restoration and protection. <br />5 <br />$ 5,208,000 $ <br />9,566,000 <br />
