<br /> <br />The Tinklenberg Group <br /> <br />The interchange of strategies and solutions <br /> <br />City of Ramsey J Economic Development Authority <br />Consulting Services Agreement <br />April 2009 <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA), in cooperation with its private <br />sector partners, hasdetermil1ed that efforts to pursue federal funding for highway and transit <br />infrastructure improve.ments in the City of Ramsey are warranted at this time. More specifically <br />these improvements include an interchange at Trunk Highway 10 (TH10) and Armstrong <br />Boulevard, and a commuter rail station as proposed in the Ramsey Town Center. <br /> <br />This agreement for consulting services maintains those tasks associated with drafting and <br />submitting federal funding requests as part of the Reauthorization Bill. This work will also <br />involve closely monitoring application processes, and promoting and communicating project <br />needs to the appropriate decision-makers. <br /> <br />The work described within this proposal is effective from the time the agreement is signed by <br />both parties through December 31, 2009.
