<br />Introduction of an Ordinance Amending City Code <br />Section 2.03, Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />By: Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />cc# ,2 <br /> <br />During the recent recruitment and selection process for boards and commissions, staff <br />was directed to draft language giving the City Council broader authority to remove board <br />and commission members should the need arise. Attached is an ordinance that makes the <br />Code of Conduct its own section and creates new language to address the removal of <br />board and commission members.
