Architectural elements, lighting fixtures or lamps that are, or contain, stained, <br />etched, leaded, beveled or art glass. <br />16. Artist signed or artist attributed works of art, other than architectural elements, <br />lighting fixtures or lamps. <br />17. Memorabilia or collectables. <br />18. Rare coins or bills. <br />19. Any other ize~~ that is pa~lned, I~urchased, sold, consigned or t~~aded. <br />b. Method. Pawnbrokers must provide to the police department the information <br />required in section 7.13.14, for all reportable transactions. The .pawnbroker must <br />display a sign of sufficient size, and in a conspicuous place in the premises, so as <br />to inform all patrons that transactions are reported to the police department daily. <br />Pawnbrokers must submit every reportable transaction to the police department <br />daily by one of the following: <br />1. Pawnbrokers must, provide to the police department the information required <br />in section 7.13.14, .for all reportable transactions, by transferring it from their <br />computer to the police department via modem.
