<br />bounds subdivision is necessary to facilitate the transfer of land for right-of-way to the City. <br />Furthermore, it is anticipated that future redevelopment may occur, and the parcels will <br />eventually be platted. At this time, however, the exact alignment of the parcels, other than those <br />portions for right of way, is unknown. Therefore, this Variance is temporary in nature until such <br />time the properties can be appropriately platted. <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee discussed the alignment of 167th Avenue on October 17, 2006; <br />meeting minutes are included with the case.
