Any property owners or residents operating a heliport within <br />the Ramsey City limits on the effective date of this ordinance shall have sixty (60) days to apply <br />for a Permit, ifthey comply with the criteria for approval. lfthe heliport cannot comply with the <br />criteria, the property owner or residentshall abandon the heliport within 60 days of the effective <br />date of this ordinance. . . <br /> <br />9.16.08 Penalty.
