The project is currently being reviewed for a building permit and revised plans were recently submitted <br />with the storm trunk line shown. The current storm fees for Lot 1 and Lot 7 are $6,577 and <br />$5,631respectively. <br />Funding: <br />Potential funding sources for the proposed storm .trunk line would be private investment, stormwater <br />management fees, and/or the City's stormwater utility fund, depending on discussion. <br />Options: <br />1. Require the applicant to pay the entire cost of the improvement to extend a pond outlet from their <br />- site to the regional basin, with the pipe over-sizing to a trunk line paid through the stormwater <br />utility fund. <br />2. Allow the applicant to write down a portion of the initial installation cost of the pond outlet with <br />their storm development fees, and the pipe over-sizing to a trunk line paid through the <br />stormwater utility fund. <br />3. Require the applicant to construceir st rm fees fa tored intosthe discussionodate their site <br />approval only, with or without th <br />4.
