Urban district. "Urban district" means the territory contiguous to and including. any street or highway which is built up with structures devoted to business, industry, or dwellinghouses situated at intervals of less than 100 feet for a distance of a quarter of a mile or more. 5.2 Rural Residential District The current definition for Rural Residential District is found in MS 169.14, Subd. 2(c). Residential Roadway. "Residential roadway" ~ ~ that is less .than one-half mile in length means a street e~~-~-~-~=---- and is functionally classified as a local street by the road authority having , jurisdiction. 5.3 Speed Limit Statute. Statute 169.14, Subd. 2. Speed limits.
