Attachment E <br />NAU PARKING EXPANSION <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />:THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the "CITY"); and PSD; LLC - - - <br />whose address is 10907 93rd Avenue N., Osseo, MN 55369 (the "PERMITTEE"). <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following described properly <br />situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described <br />as follows: <br />Outlot A; Ramsey Town Center 4`i' Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, on July 13, 2004 the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property <br />for RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 4TH ADDITION (the PIat"), <br />WHEREAS, on May 14; 2009 the CITY approved the site plan for the NAU Parking Lot <br />Expansion on the Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the PERMITTEE intends to cause the required improvements to the <br />Subject Property to be constructed without financial participation by the CITY. <br />NAU Parking Lot Expansion <br />PSD, LLC <br />Development Permit <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />-207- <br />
