WHEREAS, by execution of this Contract, PERMITTEE acknowledges the <br />Subject Property and its development contemplated by the Final. Site Plan ("Site Plan") is <br />subject to the terms and conditions of that certain other documents entitled: <br />"CITY OF RAMSEY <br />MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />By and Between <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />And <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER LLC <br />Dated September 17, 2003" <br />(the "Master Development Agreement") <br />and <br />"FIRST AMENDMENT TO CITY OF RAMSEY <br />MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />By and Between <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />And <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER LLC <br />Dated February 28, 2005 <br />(the "First Amendment") <br />The terms and conditions of the aforementioned agreements are incorporated herein by <br />reference as if fully set forth at this point.
