Request <br />Freedom. Christian Center International's request is that the City of Ramsey grants a variance <br />regarding parking requirements. We request that the requirement of total stalls available be <br />reduced from 114 to 110. We believe that this would still easily satisfy parking needs and be <br />beneficial for the following reasons: <br />a. FCCI's peak use would be other than regular business hours. <br />b. The maximum number of stalls required for an assembly of up to 150 people is only 50. <br />c. Validity of the Interim Use Permit would not be subject to the-will of present or future <br />adjacent property ownership. <br />d. Additional stalls could be used at anytime, which is compatible with the retail zoning status. <br />We appreciate your consideration of this matter and hope to begin the buildout process soon! <br />Thank you again, <br />.
