CC CASE # V <br />CONSIDER A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ANY DIRECTION GIVEN AT <br />THE WORK SESSION RELATED TO A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE <br />CONDUCT OF A CITY COUNCIL MEMBER <br />By: Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br />Background <br />At its May 12, 2009 Work- Session, the Ramsey City Council considered a complaint filed at the <br />April 14, 2009 City Council meeting by Mr. Robert Sibilski. The complaint. questioned the <br />appropriateness of Council Member Look's conduct in sending an email to Mr. Sibilski, the <br />content which, Mr. Sibiliski found offensive. <br />Based upon the information presented and the relevant sections of the City Code, the City <br />Council was asked to determine: <br />1. Whether a violation of City Code Section 2.01.02, Subd. 5 occurred. <br />2. What action will be taken, if any, if a violation did occur. <br />Based upon the Work Session discussion, the City Council confirms that: <br />1. A violation of the City Code did/did not occur. <br />2.
