Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ANY DIRECTION GIVEN AT THE <br />WORK SESSION RELATED TO A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE <br />CONDUCT OF A CITY COUNCIL MEMBER <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has considered a complaint filed by Mr. Robert <br />Sibilski against Council Member Look; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has considered the content of the correspondence <br />sent to Mr. Sibilski by Council Member Look and Section 2.01.02, Subd. 5 of the City Code, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council was asked to determine whether Council Member Look <br />violated. the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />The City Council has determined that: <br />1. A violation of the City Code did/did not occur. <br />AND <br />2. If a violation did occur, the following action will be taken: <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of May 2009. <br />-274- <br />
