And, by not allowing shotguns to <br />use larger than size six (6) shot and non-lead shall be the <br />only type offrrearm permitted in any part of the City. <br />~5.07.09 was also amended by this ordinance. Bow and <br />arrow hunting shall NOT be permitted within 500 feet <br />(used to say 300 yards) of any residential dwelling or <br />other structure, park or playground and said hunting <br />shall NOT be permitted within 500 feet (used to say 150 <br />yards) of any trunk highway. Effective date November <br />14,2005. <br />
