. Mr. Peterson noted that he has been prosecuting for about 5 years and has been working with Randall and Goodrich for about 1.5 years. Mr. Goodrich noted that they can handle the civil, prosecution or both portions of the contract, but noted that they would prefer both. 5:15 p.m. Andrea McDowell Poehler, CAMPBELL KNUTSON, P.A., Eagan, MN Andrea Poehler and Elliot Knich introduced themselves. City Administrator Ulrich asked seven interview questions. Ms. Poehler noted that she would handle the civil aspects of the contract and shared some information on her background as a City Attorney for various communities. She noted that she specializes in real estate and employment for their cities. Mr. Knich noted that he would be handling the prosecution and has been prosecuting since 1985. Ms. Poehler noted that they can handle the civil, prosecution or both portions of the contract. 5:30 p.m. Frederick W. Knaak, KNAAK & KANTRUD, P.A., Vadnais Heights, MN Councilmember Elvig arrived at 5:38 p.m. Frederick Knaak introduced himself. City Administrator Ulrich asked seven interview questions. Mr. Knaak noted that he has had 30 years of municipal experience. He noted that by billing on a flat rate, rather than hourly, he finds it gives staff incentive and a sense of freedom to contact them with questions. Councilmember Jeffrey arrived at 5:44 p.m. Mr. Knaak stated that they could handle either the civil, prosecution or both portions of the contract. 5:45 p.m. Scott Lepak, BARNA, GUZY & STEFFEN, LTD., Coon Rapids, MN Scott Lepak and Jim Haeft introduced themselves. City Administrator Ulrich asked seven interview questions. Mr. Lepak noted that he would handle the civil prosecution for the City and gave some background on what cities he has worked with.
