<br />.. <br />CONSENT AGENDA I ~ <br /> <br />CONSIDER CITY ADMINI~TRATOR'S PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br /> <br />Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />As part of the one year, 360 degree performance evaluation for the. City Administrator, <br />department heads, members of the City Council and the City Administrator completed <br />electronic performance evaluations. Subsequently, the results were compiled and the <br />Mayor and City Administrator met to discuss the results of the evaluation. The City. <br />Administrator also met with the full City Council in closed session to discuss the results <br />of his Marcy 2008-Match 2009 performance evaluation. <br /> <br />Based on Mr. Ulrich's performance, it was the consensus of the City Council to amend <br />Mr. Ulrich's employment agreement to include 19 days of vacation annually effective <br />March 17,2009. In addition, Mr. Ulrich will receive a standard step increase which will <br />result in an annual salary of $127,308, effective March 17, 2009. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Consider the attached resolution indicating Mr. Ulrich's satisfactory performance and <br />amending his employment agreement to include 19 days of vacation annually and a <br />standard step increase which will result in. an annual salary of $127,308, effective March <br />17,2009. <br /> <br />Funding Source <br /> <br />The proposed salary increase is included in the 2009 General Fund Budget. <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />J::~ L' 0 <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />CC: 6-9-09 <br />
