<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S <br />PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a one year, 360 degree performance evaluation was completed for <br />the City Administrator for March 17, 2008-March 17,2009; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance in closed session on May 26,2009; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was the consensus ofthe City Council that Mr. Ulrich's <br />performance was satisfactory; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend Mr. Ulrich's Employment <br />Agreement to include 19. days of vacation annually and a standard step increase which <br />will result in an annual salary of$127,308, effective March 17,2009. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based upon satisfactory performance, the City Council amends Mr. Ulrich's <br />Employment Agreement to include 19 days of vacation and a salary increase to <br />$127,308, effective March 17,2009. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9th day of June, 2009. <br />
