The twenty abatement applications approved by the HRA <br />are attached. <br /> <br />If for any reason the sale of the property is not completed between the bank and the City HRA, <br />the special assessments will remain in place on the property tax and the abatement applications <br />will not be filed. <br /> <br />Funding Source: <br />When the land is resold to developers the abated assessments will become part of the per square <br />foot purchase price of the land. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Adoption of Resolution #09-06-XXX approving the abatement applications completed and <br />approved by the Ramsey Housing & Redevelopment Authority.to abate the twenty parcels listed <br />above with the principal amount as stated and applicable penalties and interest through June 26, <br />2009, with the contingency that the abatements will be filed only after the City HRA has <br />successfully closed on the property. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />~+:L Q <br /> <br />City Administrator: <br />Finance Officer <br /> <br />CC: 6/9/09 <br />
