Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Consider Resurfacing Rivers' Bend Tennis Courts <br /> <br />Parks Supervisor Riverblood reviewed the staff report and presented two quotes to fix the <br />Rivers' Bend tennis courts. He advised the Park Trust Fund has an approximate balance of <br />$101,000 and recommended the Council authorize staff to enter into an agreement with the low <br />bidder, Upper Midwest Athletic Construction of Ramsey, to recondition Rivers' Bend tennis <br />courts. <br /> <br />City Council / May 26, 2009 <br />Page 3 of9 <br />
