Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Mayor Ramsey, to adopt Resolution #09 -06 -118 <br />adopting Findings of Fact #0845 relating to request for a conditional use permit to allow auto <br />detailing and conduct motor vehicle sales with outdoor sale or display areas on the property <br />located at 6100 Highway 10 NW and Adopting Resolution #09 -06 -119 approving the conditional <br />use permit request and declaring terms of same. <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember McGlone asked why the City is limiting them from parking <br />behind the building. Community Development Director Miller stated that they can park vehicles <br />behind the building, but cannot store inoperable vehicles behind the building. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />McGlone, and Wise.
