<br />Community Development Director Miller stated that with the proximity of the rail corridor it <br />makes this location a more desirable location for a medical facility. She also stated that in the <br />residential zonings in would be more of a personal use heliport so more land would be needed for <br />the heliport, whereas in the Town Center Zoning Districts it would strictly be a business <br />application. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy stated that TC-l and TC-2 are just too high of a density for a heliport, <br />however he does think TC-3 would be appropriate. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued as to the clarification and changes the commission would like to see in the <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Levine tabled the case until the June Planning Commission meeting to have the <br />changes and clarifications made before making a recommendation. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Staff Update <br /> <br />Staff Update was noted. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Zoning Bulletin <br /> <br />The Zoning Bulleting was noted. <br /> <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Cleveland, seconded by Commissioner Rogers, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
