<br />PREMIER PRPPERTY SOLUTIONS <br />Proposal for Clean up and Removal Services <br />CLIENT NAME: ~ity 9fRpmsey Minnesota <br /> <br />AGREEMENT as of June 24, 2009, between City of~sey Minnesota, (hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Client"), and Premier Property Solutions, with respect to landscape <br />and property care services provided (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). <br /> <br />Whereas, Premier Property Solutions is a professional Grounds Maintenance <br />Company good standing; Whereas, Client wishes Premier Property Solutions to <br />provide certain Services described more fully herein; and Whereas, Premier Property <br />Solutions wishes to provide such services; Now, therefore, in cOnsideration of the <br />foregoing premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth and other valuable <br />considerationst the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Premier Property Solutions agrees to provide the Services in accordance with <br />the following specifications: . <br /> <br />· Sun:yneJ,' Sen?ces: <br /> <br />I Clean up and removal services which includes junk and <br />debries,abandoned cars, and any property items the <br />City of Ramsey deams is in need of Abaitment. <br /> <br />Additional ~ervices: <br /> <br />Premier Property Solutions offers many services beyond listed <br />inclusions. Other optional add-on services include: on..call <br />service, aeration, landscaping, salt and sanding truck, off site <br />snow removal, irrigation systems, bobcat and front end loader <br />usage. Please request pricing list if interested. <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT OF WORK: Premier Property Solutions reserves thq,right to assign <br />other subcontractors to the Services to ensure quality and on.titne completion. <br /> <br />PAYMENT: Payment shall be direct billed to the City of Ramsey in accordance with the <br />attached Price Summary Sheet. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Any work which the Client wishes Premier Property <br />
