<br />Solutions to provide which is not specified in the DESCRIPTION Section of this <br />agreement will be considered an additional service. <br /> <br />CANCELLA nON: In the event that Services, as dictated in the contract, are not <br />satisfactory, the Client shall notitY Premier Property Solutions of "Failure to <br />Perfonn". If corrective action is not completed to the satisfaction of the Client, the client <br />may .choose to tenninate services with a 30 day written notice. The Client shall assume <br />responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBIUTY FOR DAMAGES: Any damage to property caused by contractor's <br />negligence shall be contractor's responsibility. Damages shall be reported to contractor <br />within 15 days of discovery in order to ensure timely repair.
