The Adininistratorshall be appointed for an indefmite period by the majority of the Council andinay be retnOvedfr0111oft'ice after thirty calendar days written ndtice passed by .a majority oEthe Council. Written charges and a public hearing. on thechargeshefo.re the Council shall be provided if requested prior to the date wherein the remov&l takes place. The public hearing must be held within. thirty calendar days after presentation of the charges and the Administrator must receive the charges at least ten calendar days before the public hearing. The Administrator thust serve a six month probation period after the initial appointment. Subd. 3. The Administrator shall be the chief administration officer of the City, subject to Coppcil regulations and applicable ordinances. . affairs. Subd. 4. Subd.. 7. The Administrator shall attend and participate in all .meetings of the Council. The AdminIstrator shall be respdnsible for theprepwation oNhe Council agenda. The AdtllinistratorshaIl be responsible for the preparation and maintenance df the minutes of all Council meetings according to law.
