Written charges and a public hearing. on thechargeshefo.re <br />the Council shall be provided if requested prior to the date wherein the remov&l takes place. The <br />public hearing must be held within. thirty calendar days after presentation of the charges and the <br />Administrator must receive the charges at least ten calendar days before the public hearing. The <br />Administrator thust serve a six month probation period after the initial appointment. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. The Administrator shall attend and participate in all .meetings of the <br />Council. The AdminIstrator shall be respdnsible for theprepwation oNhe Council agenda. The <br />AdtllinistratorshaIl be responsible for the preparation and maintenance df the minutes of all <br />Council meetings according to law.
