The Administrator shall make all deposits, maintain all financial records and. reconcile <br />all bankaccountsaocording to law, <br /> <br />*' Subd..9... The Administrator shall handle all personnel matters for the City in <br />conjunction with poIiciesestablished by the Council, TIle Administratotshall negotiate 01' <br />.clelegate.. the negotiation Of term$and conditions. or employee Tabor contracts for presentation. to <br />the Council. <br /> <br />Subd. 10. The Administrator shall act as purChasing agent for the City and shan <br />be respOllSible in making aU purchases in accordance with the approved City budget. The <br />Administrator shall have the auth()rity to signporchase orders f()rroutine services, equipment <br />and supplies for which the cost does not exceed $.500.00. All claimsresult1tlg from.orders placed <br />by the Administrator shall be audited for payment by the Council. The Administrator shall <br />negotiate contracts for any kind of merchandise, materials, equipment or construction work for <br />presentation to the Council. <br /> <br />Subd. 12. The Admi1listrator shall coordinate all City programs and activities as <br />directed by the Council. The Administrator shall monitor all consultant and contract work <br />performed for the. City. The Administrator shall coordinate the activities of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Subd. 13. The Administrator shall keep informed regarding federal, state and <br />countyprogtams which affect the City. The Administrator shall C011sult with officiaTsof both <br />public and. private agellcies as may be .required. <br /> <br />Subd. 14. The Administrator shall inform the COuncil on. .mattersdeaIing with <br />the administration of the City and prepare and submit to the CounclIadministrative rules and <br />regulations encompassing the details of administrative procedures for their adoption. <br /> <br />Subd.15. The Administrator shall be bonded in an. amount of $20,000.00 at City <br />expense, through a position bond, which will indemnify the City. The Administrator shall <br />perform such other duties as may be prescribed by law or required ofhhu/her by ordinance or <br />resolutions adopted by the Council. <br /> <br />Subd.. 16.
