Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to recommend to the City Council to order the projects as proposed with a letter being sent out to the residents with a tinal review by the City Administrator. Absent: Councilmember Elvig Case #2: Discussion of Storm Sewer Improvements within Alpaca Estates for Ramsey Commons . City Engiri~'er Tim Himmer stated the applicant of this case Steve Young is in the a1.ldience tonight for the Ramsey Commons project which was approved by City Council inMa~' of 2008 which is located at the northwest camel' of Armstrong and Riverdale. This is within the Alpaca . Estates subdivision and is jointly owned property to the west which is Alpaca Estates 4th addition. City Engineer Tim Himmel' explained that there is a regional pond approximately 1200 feet to the west and the applicant is requesting to split the ponding capacity between the two and staff is agreeable to that. Staff is recommending Optiol'l :2 allowing the applicant to write down a portion of the initial installation cost of the pond outlet with their storm development fee, and the pipe over.sizing to a trunk line paid through the stormwater utility fund.
