Storage Faciiity: The ContraCtor shall operate and maintain a storage facility for all Abated Property in compliance with the terms of this contract and all State and City applicable laWs; ordinances, rules and regulations that are presently in effect or which may hereafter be adopted. Pursuant to Ramsey City Ordinance 5.20 unclaimed property and vehicles are eligible for disposal or sale fifteen (15 days) after the abatement, subject to Minnesota Chapter 1688 titled "Abandoned M~torVehicles," when applicable. 11. -Reclaiming Property: Within 15 days of the abatement. the property owner can reclaim any items held by paying all fees incurred by the City associated with the abatement. Contractor sha.ll be permitted to schedule appointmen~ with the property own~r ~uring normal busine$S hours for . . purposes of property owner's retrieval of AbatecI Property. the' ContraCtor will invoice the citY for all expenses assoclat~ with the Abatement pri.or to releasing any items to the property owner. Contract, the City shall have, in addition to any other legal recourse, the right to termin~te the .Contract immediately. 13. Either party may terminate the Contract without cause. upon the serving of such .termination notice to the other, in writing, thirty (30) days prior to the .intended termination date. 14. .
