Other optional add-on services include: on-caJ.1 <br />service, aeration, landscaping, salt and sanding truck, off site <br />snow removal, irrigation systems, bobcat and front end loader <br />usage. Please request pricing list if interested. <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT OF WORK: Premier Property Solutions reserves the right to assign <br />other subcontractors to the Services to ensure quality and on-time completion. <br />PAYMENT: Payment shall be direct billed to the City of Ramsey in accordance with the <br />attached Price Summary Sheet. <br />ADnmONAL SERVICES: Any work which the Client wishes Premier Property <br />
