<br />Solutions to provide which.is not specified in the DESCRlPTION Section of this <br />agreeroent will be considered an additional service. Such Service shall require a verbal <br />requestandlor approval from the Board of Directors and will be invoiced separately. <br /> <br />CANCELLATION: In the event that Services, as dictated in the contract. are not <br />satisfactory,the Client shall notify Premier Property Solutions of ''Failure to <br />Perfonn". If corrective action is not completed to the satisfaction of the clien~ the client <br />may choose to terminate services with a 30 day written notice. The Client sbaU assume <br />responsibility for all collection oftega} fees necessitated by default in payment. <br /> <br />RESPONSmlLlTY FOR DAMAGES: Any damage to property caused by CQntractor's <br />negligencesliall be contractor's responsibility. Damages shall be reported to contractor <br />within .15 days of discovery in order to ensure timely repair.
