Especially the speed limit <br />and tailgating! <br /> <br />I'm thankful that this issue is being worked. A recommendation I have is reduced speed <br />limits on TH 47 and CSAH 5 (Nowthen Boulevard) south of Alpine Drive. Safety and <br />noise reduction benefits would be achieved with little added time needed to travel from <br />Alpine Drive to TH 10 (maybe an extra minute or so). 35 lnph would not be that <br />unreasonable on these two stretches of roadway but at most 40 mph in order to achieve a <br />noise reduction on those routes. <br /> <br />Speeding is a problem on 16th Avenue. <br /> <br />Speed limit is too high on 167tl1 Avenue. <br /> <br />CR 63 needs a lower speed limit. <br /> <br />CR 63 (Green Valley Road) is becoming a speedway. Needs shoulders. It is being used <br />as a thruway to TH 47. <br /> <br />Slow traffic from TH 47/CSAH 5 to CSAH 5/~SAH 57 (Suntish Lake Boulevard) for <br />school. <br /> <br />Change in speed on CSAH 5 by Ramsey Elementary. Lower speed on CSAH 5 to 35 <br />mph from TH 47 tq Alpine Drive not just at school start and stop times. (Parents park on <br />side roads near school to pick up kids creates traffic issues to pull out onto CSAH 5.) <br /> <br />Thurston Avenue is a tour-lane street.
