<br />Motion by Commissioner Cleveland, seconded by Commissioner Rogers, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chair Levine, Commissioners Cleveland, Rogers, Dunaway, <br />and Hunt. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt <br /> <br />Vice Chair Levine closed the public hearing at 7:41 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Hunt to find the findings of fact <br />favorable to the applicant with the addition in number nine to indicate the open space will be <br />designated as a conservation easement. <br /> <br />Commissioner Cleveland stated that she is concerned that the building is being built as bedrooms <br />rather than apartments. She is concerned about future uses of this building. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill stated that the City could consider a declaration of restrictive <br />covenants as to the type of use for the building. Staff would work with the applicant and consult <br />with the City Attorney to see if it is possible. <br /> <br />The Commissioners discussed whether this should be a requirement for approval. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
